Introuduction: I have been a fan of Alian Nu for several years and knew before I bought this that his system was something he has been developing for years and has regularly used to devastate. I had seen quite a bit of footage of Alain using his system and observed the stupefied reactions he gets so I was confident this one was worth a look.
Review: The booklet is a soft bound, extensive system for divining Astrological signs without needing any prior knowledge. The divination such a personal thing can be very powerful, especially for the ladies!
The first thing to acknowledge is this is not something to be mastered in 30 minutes practice!! In fact I believe it will take several months of consistent use to get comfortable and smooth with the basics and then years to refine. In one sense the system is almost genuine "mentalism" beacuse the mental capacity required to learn the whole system and various sequences is quite substantial. Alain explores several new strategies for subtly pumping for information. These ruses are so clever that they don't come across as pumping at all. Anyone who is interested in propless mentalism will find a lot of value in these strategies. There are certainly principles at work that can be applied elsewhere.
I am not going to review the "tricks" individually because that is not what this booklet represents. It is in fact a complete system for apparently divining someone's Astrological sign with no prior knowledge. Each method given can be used on it's own or integrated with the other methods to produce a hybrid system. It is NOT just a letter by letter pumping system, there is much much more that Alain has incorporated and that is where the value of the booklet lies.
It is well written and easy to understand, non-USA residents may need to slightly change some aspects of the system but by reading the booklet it will become clear how to do this. If you are not sure whether to order this, maybe order Alain's TV special series first (performance only) to see him using it.
